Effective application of hydraulic, pneumatic and automation components and systems requires a thorough understanding of machinery and an ability to easily discuss and follow new and different technical issues.Knowing that, Hydro Air continues to employ knowledgeable, experienced, degreed sales and support engineers and to present them to our valued customers to partner in the application process.
The following is a summary of the specific work in which we participate:
Pneumatic Valve Manifold Assemblies:
Assembly of pneumatic valves, including stack valves such as flow controls and regulators, to subplates and multi-station manifolds. All pneumatic valve assemblies are pressure tested.
Pneumatic Valve Conversions:
Conversion of standard pneumatic valves to expedite delivery.Common conversions include operator, spool and coil voltage changes.
Hydraulic Valve Manifold Assemblies:
Assembly of hydraulic directional control valves, including sandwich and stack valves such as flow controls, relief valves and P O check valves to subplates and multi-station manifolds.
Pneumatic and Hydraulic Hose Assemblies:
Assembly of pneumatic and hydraulic hose assemblies in large or small quantities, from low-pressure push-on pneumatic assemblies to high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies, from small ID to large OD, including static pressure testing on request.
Custom Kitting:
Custom kits ranging from simple fitting packages to complete hydraulic press conversions.Kits may include one or many product lines, pneumatic or hydraulic lines and hose assemblies, valves, cylinders, accessories and fittings.
QC Inspection:
Inspection of customer items per special prints before shipment.
Custom Labeling:
Labeling items or kits with customer numbers and descriptions before shipment.
Pneumatic Component Assemblies:
Custom assembly of FRL’s, which may include lock out valves, particulate filters, coalescing filters, regulators, lubricators, gauges, pressure switches, diverter blocks, soft-start and shut-off valves.
Pneumatic Filter, Regulator, Lubricator Conversions:
Conversion of standard items to expedite delivery.Conversions include regulator spring ranges, filter elements, bowl kits, soft-start and shut-off valve coil voltages.
Pneumatic Panels and Control Systems:
Fabrication of pneumatic elements to machine bases, two-hand-no-tie down packages, custom pneumatic control panels and systems, pneumatic automation control modules.Systems may be kitted or fully assembled. All pneumatic control systems are tested and documentation is supplied as required.
Hydraulic Systems:
Fabrication of small hydraulic systems or air/oil booster systems in small quantities with short lead times. All hydraulic systems are tested and documentation is supplied as required.
Hydraulic Pump/Motor Assemblies:
Hydraulic pump/motor assemblies using various electric motors and various pumps in various configurations, like close-coupled, C-face, or belt drive.
Design and Engineering:
Design and engineering related to component selection and new and old hydraulic, pneumatic and automation systems, including mobile and industrial hydrostatic and open circuit drives, proportional and servo cylinder and motor control, and lube systems.Technical support for all main product lines and applications.Troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic and automation installations.Documentation and file control using AutoCAD LT 2002, other CAD software, printers and plotters up to E size drawings.
Training:
Certified Fluid Power Engineers and Specialists offer hydraulic and pneumatic training, general or customized to specific industries or machines.
Warehouse and Inventory:
Three warehouses, one each in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Rhode Island for common or special needs.Knowledgeable and experienced technicians capable of tailoring inventory for immediate delivery. |
